Antonio Tobias is a Salvadoran born business owner with more than 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry. After immigrating to the U.S., Antonio worked tirelessly to perfect his recipes and realize his dream of owning his own restaurant. In December of 2020, in the heart of the Pandemic, Antonio made his dream come true, opening Los Cuates Mexican Restaurant with his son Victor.
