Nicole Wangard’s career in food began when she was 15. Since graduating from the University of Tampa in 2007 with a bachelor’s in Biology, Nicole has done it all. Worked in restaurant chains, fast-casual, fine dining as well as starting her own catering company. Nicole and her family took a leap of faith in 2019 when her family and her
